i believe in the power of human kindness and wisdom. as a person who works with computers all day, it's especially important that i practice and advocate for human-centered thinking. i design and build things using computers, but the point is always to make regular peoples' lives better. we all lose if we forget that.

currently i'm focused on unifying the user experience of several software platforms at par excellence. that includes redefining and optimizing user flows, designing new features, and implementing a design system to make us more consistent and efficient.

when i'm not working, i spend a lot of time with my wife and our dogs. i like to cook new recipes and pick veggies from our little dry garden. i get bored and restless easily, but also sometimes i like having nothing to do. my favorite color is blue, i think.
